Description of Service
GattoPlay is an entertainment app for cats featuring interactive games with colors optimized for feline dichromatic vision. The App is available as a one time purchase through the Apple App Store.
Purchase and Payment
GattoPlay is available for a one time purchase of $0.99 USD (price may vary by region). Payment is processed through the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions, no in app purchases, and no recurring charges.
Device Responsibility
GattoPlay is designed to be used by cats interacting directly with your device screen. We recommend using a screen protector to prevent scratches from claws. We are not responsible for any physical damage to your device caused by pet interaction.
Intended Use
GattoPlay is an entertainment app. It is not a substitute for physical play, exercise, or interaction with your pet. We recommend supervising your cat during use and providing regular physical play and enrichment.
Intellectual Property
All content in GattoPlay, including graphics, animations, sounds, and code, is owned by Reimagined Multimedia KLG. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee that every cat will be interested in or engage with the games.
Limitation of Liability
Reimagined Multimedia KLG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland.
